After a busy month my official kick off didn't go so well. But I am now back. I have to be. Next goal is New York Half Marathon on July 27. Given my weight and conditioning level the goal is under 2 hours.
I really missed running. When I don't run I develop bad habits. And it is so easy to let that inner lazy win, to let him dictate the pace and direction of my life. Its easy but just not the same. I need the direction, drive and goals that running provides.
I can do it. I can make it.
